KENOKO Thread Lock WTL-05
KENOKO WTL-05 is an effective fixing tool sealing and sealing of threaded connections. The tool creates a semi-solid layer inside the thread, which absorbs vibrational loads between the turns and prevents the connection from loosening. WTL-05 also prevents the flow of liquids and the development of corrosion.

Usage
Shake the container well before use.
- Apply WTL-05 to 1 - 1.5 diameters of the internal thread, or 30 - 50% of the external thread.
- Apply WTL-05 to 1 - 1.5 diameters of the internal thread, or 30 - 50% of the external thread.
- Tighten the threaded connection to the required tightening torque.
For use in through holes, apply WTL-05 to the working part of the thread with an overlap of 30-50%, dry thoroughly before assembly.
For blind holes, apply WTL-05 1/3 to 2/3 the length of the working thread. Dry thoroughly before assembly.
When using WTL-05 as a sealant, completely cover the threaded connection in the contact area.
