Public contract regarding the order, purchase and delivery of goods
This Agreement is an official public offer by KENOCO LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to enter into an agreement for the purchase and sale of goods posted on the website www.kenoko.com.ua, under the conditions defined below.
In accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Agreement has the status of public. Its provisions are the same for all Buyers, regardless of their legal status: individuals, legal entities or individual entrepreneurs.
Confirmation of acceptance of the terms of this Offer is the placing of an order by the Buyer in the online store and further confirmation of such order by the Seller in electronic form.
1. Terms and definitions
1.1. Public offer / Offer is an open offer of the Seller to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely.
1.2. The product is chemicals, cleaners, lubricants, patches and accessories for cleaning, presented in the online store.
1.3. Online store — the website of the Seller at the address www.kenoko.com.ua, intended for remote sale of goods.
1.4. The buyer is a natural person who has reached the age of 18, or a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur placing an order.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the selected Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay its price and accept the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller.
3. Order registration procedure
3.1. The buyer places the order independently through the website of the online store or by another available method specified on the Site.
3.2. For the proper execution of the order, the Buyer must provide complete and reliable contact information.
3.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order if the Buyer provides incomplete, unreliable or incorrect information.
3.4. Placing an order means that the Buyer accepts the terms of this Agreement and consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".
4. Product price and payment procedure
4.1. The prices of the Goods are indicated on the website of the Internet store in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia.
4.2. The Seller has the right to change the price of the Goods unilaterally. Such changes do not apply to orders that have already been paid for by the Buyer.
4.3. The seller is a general income tax payer. Payment for orders can be made online by bank card directly on the Site.
4.4. The Buyer's obligation to pay is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller's account.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. Delivery in the city of Kharkiv is free. Delivery to other regions of Ukraine to the branches of Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta is carried out in accordance with the tariffs of the selected carrier.
6. Return and exchange of goods
6.1. The return and exchange of Goods are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".

6.3. A good quality product can be returned within 14 calendar days, provided that it has not been opened, not used and has retained its marketable appearance.
7. Liability of the parties
7.1. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences of incorrect or improper use of the Goods by the Buyer.
7.2. The parties are released from responsibility for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations in the event of force majeure.
8. Protection of personal data
8.1. The Buyer gives the Seller consent to the processing of personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement.
8.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
9. Other provisions
9.1. This Agreement is valid on the territory of Ukraine and is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.2. All disputes and disagreements that may arise in connection with the implementation of this Agreement, the Parties try to resolve through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute is subject to judicial resolution.
